APPLICABLE LEGISLATION SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in all matters not provided for in this contract regarding interpretation, validity and execution. The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

FINALIDAD: URBIFORM 2006, SLU. trata la información que usted nos facilita con la finalidad de prestar los servicios y/o vender los productos contratados por usted a través de nuestra web. Además de gestionar el envío de información y la prospección comercial. Con el fin de poder ofrecerle servicios acordes a sus intereses, crearemos un perfil comercial en base a la información facilitada. No se tomarán decisiones automatizadas sobre la base de este perfil. El cliente acepta expresamente la inclusión de los datos personales recabados durante la navegación por el sitio web o facilitados mediante la cumplimentación de cualquier formulario, así como los derivados de una posible relación comercial, en los ficheros automatizados de datos de carácter personal referidos en el apartado primero. URBIFORM 2006, SLU. informs that, if a CLIENT wishes to register on the website, he/she will be asked to provide a series of personal data, the completion of which is obligatory. Therefore, if this personal data is not provided/completed, registration on the URBIFORM 2006, SLU. website will not take place. It is the obligation of all users/clients to guarantee that the information provided is exact and up to date. In the registration forms, where personal data is collected, the different fields that must be filled in to complete the corresponding registration are indicated.
