Apartment renovation in traditional Mallorcan home in Santa Margalida. It is a traditional home with load-bearing walls made of sea-stone, to which modernity has been added by making the bedroom transparent with a steel and glass door to separate it from the living area, as well as opening the kitchen to the living room with a middle bar for eating.
The façade has also been renovated with a treatment for capillary moisture and finished with lime coatings on the façade to allow it to breathe.
Redoing the indoor terrace of the entire home with 3cm thick natural stone.
